Would you like to return one or more items from your Une Vie à la Campagne order?
This page explains how to exercise your legal right to cancel and how to send your items back to us.
Under Directive 2011/83/EU and Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your order to cancel your purchase, without giving any reason.
If your order includes several items delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.
⚠️ Simply sending the product back without telling us first is not a valid cancellation. You must first notify us of your decision: using the form below, by email, or by any other clear statement (Article L221-21 of the French Consumer Code).
Fill in the form below and click “cancel contract here”, then confirm your decision with the “confirm cancellation” button. You will immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email, in accordance with Article L221-21 of the French Consumer Code.
You can also write to us directly at contact@uneviealacampagne.fr with the subject line “Cancellation — [Your name]”, attaching the model cancellation form (downloadable here).
Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU), some items cannot be returned:

Once we receive your request, our team will reply within 24 to 48 hours.
We will then send you the instructions and the postal address (in France or in your country, depending on the product) to which you should return your items.
You have 14 days from sending your statement to return the product to us, complete (accessories, instructions) and, if possible, in its original packaging.
Return costs are borne by the buyer.
Once we have received and checked the returned item, we refund you using the payment method used for the purchase, including the initial delivery costs, no later than 14 days after your cancellation. We may wait until we have received the item, or proof that it has been sent, before refunding you. If the item comes back damaged or handled beyond a simple trial, we may deduct its loss of value, and we will explain this to you by email.
If your product arrived damaged or faulty, or does not match your order, contact us at contact@uneviealacampagne.fr, preferably within 10 days of receiving it so that we can act quickly. After that, you remain covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for at least 2 years from delivery.

Our team will reply within 24 to 48 hours. If your request is approved, we will give you the return address and, at our expense, repair or replace the item or, failing that, refund it, under the legal guarantees (Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code and the mandatory rules of the country where you live).
